Jace Norman is opening up after his Henry Danger co-star Michael D. Cohen comes out as transgender.
The 19-year-old actor was very supportive and admitted that he didn’t see Michael, who plays Schwoz on the show, as any different.
“Just a guy who’s real good at his job,” Jace told Time, adding that it “didn’t change anything about the high level of respect and admiration I have for the guy.”
“It’s in the best interest of the entire world to have every type of person represented on TV,” he continued.
Michael recently came out in a new piece with Time.
“I was misgendered at birth,” he told the publication. “I identify as male, and I am proud that I have had a transgender experience — a transgender journey.”
